LAST ADOPTION
In July of 2006, Chairman Robert Hampton formed an Adhoc committee in order to revisit the bylaws and make recommendations for updating them. The committee included: Anita Jones, Vice Chair; Dolores Armstead, Angela Saunders and Joyce Smith.
On August 14, 2006 Based on the Adhoc committee's recommendations and with some minor amendments the NWPAC voted to amend the bylaws for only the fourth time in our 21 year history.
In August and September of 2007 two amendments were brought forth and approved. In August Member Stewart Cumming wrote an amendment to create a new Standing Committee called the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee. And in September the PAC approved new membership and election guidelines.
